The Boston marathon bombing is just another attack that shames and kills Americans. Once this happened, everyone knows who did it, very simple conclusion. Are you ready for the next attack. This will not stop. While we spend millions, to protect ourselves here, we are also spending tax money to fly radical's here to study here on student visa's as we pay the bill. Open boarders are not enough, we have to pay there way to get here too, Then give them government housing, SSI check, plus set them up in many other ways. With the morals we have these days , everyone has rights, but Americans who were born here. When they catch the scum bag who killed these people, the tax payer funded lawyers will be running to protect these guys. Even if they get convicted, they have a better chance to die of old age in prison, before ever getting the death sentence carried out. Pray for our nation, and pray for our children, they have many years of this ahead to live through. God help us all.

How to get a water well drilling license ** or license to steel.

Getting a water well drilling license or what some people call (  a license to steel) . In all 50 states, you must have a drilling license to drill a water well for money. In most states you can drill on your own land, or land you have leased without a  license, but you still may need a well permit in some areas. The reason why they say you must a have license driller, is because this keeps the water formations safe. Even though by law a license driller does not have to be there in person, just as long as he is within 2 hours drive ( which could be 150 miles away). In the state of Texas there are only 1600 license drillers, but millions of land owners. Other states are near the same. Very simple mathematics supply and demand. Some drillers can hardly read and write, but make more money that a cancer doctor, only working 2 to 3 days per week.

If you want a license, do all the home work first. Remember, even though states offer these drilling license, they don't like to. You will have know the rules and hold there feet to the fire. In some states, they have apprentice programs. After working 2 years for McDonald's wages, the driller promises to sign for you. I hope he likes you, and sticks with the deal. Other wise you worked for 2 years for nothing. It is easier to marry in the drillers family than get him to sign for you.
(Why want he sign for me, people always ask me!) Easy answer, why would he sign for others to have the license to steel, when he does not have too.  No other kind of business can squash the completion  like that, plus have the state even help them.

Options on getting water license.
1. work under license driller for 2 years, make him happy and keep your fingers crossed.
2. Go to drilling school for 2 months, pay 25k and then still take hard test, pray to pass.
3. Find easier states to deal with, get license there, then transfer to other state later.

Easiest states to get drilling license.

1. Kansas is number 1.
2. Nebraska is 2.

Even though you do not live in these states, you can still get license, just pay a little extra, like out of state hunting license.
Once you have it, then you can apply in your state.

problems to watch for..
If your in texas, forget getting license in any state touching Texas. Texas does not recognize state water license from any state that touches. WHY?, they don't want border state guys living across the line, but coming over state line, making money, then going back home. Always try for license in state that DOES not touch the state you trying for.
